  I had interviewed several home health care companies and decided on Charter Oak Home Care. They listened to what my needs were for my mom and delivered! We are so happy with Becky! She is perfect for our family and my mom is very happy. The corp staff is high on customer service and easy to contact. I would recommend Charter Oak Home Care to anyone looking for that special care giver for their loved ones.

  Charter Oak came to the rescue when a family member needed care and wanted to stay at home. They worked seamlessly to provide care that fit our needs and schedule. Every caregiver fit into the household with ease. Thank you Charter Oak.

  Charter Oak Home Care provided caregivers for my sister over the last few years. They did an exceptional job
  providing caregivers that would be a good match for her and when they weren’t the right match , they understood and offered other options. They tried to meet our families needs also so we had time to get out, run errands and do shopping when the caregivers were with her. During this time of a caregiver shortage, I thought they always came thru for us. It is a family run company and you will get to know the staff and it will feel like family. Thank you Colin, Robin, Michele and everyone who helped with Sharon’s care! Folks can stay in their homes and be cared for because you are there to help! Thank you, Debbie

  Charter Oak is a family-owned business that has been in business for more than 30 years. I have been fortunate to know the owners for at least 25 of those 30 years. As the Director of a home care agency on the opposite side of the Connecticut, I consider them models of how a home care agency should be run. They thoroughly screen their employees but once hired treat them with the respect they deserve. This is an excellent well-run agency and an agency with heart. They are supportive of both the older individuals they serve and the home care staff that provides the service. I would not think twice about referring an elderly relative to Charter Oak Home Care. I know that person would be in good hands.
