I needed emergency hood repairs on my 2008 Mazda 5 involving replacement of the hood release cable and hood latch. After consulting with a local body shop, whose owner claimed they would have to back-order the parts through a Mazda parts dealer; involving a wait of 5-10 days before delivery; I decided to consult with Charlie about my repair dilemma.
Lo and behold !;- Charlie was able to order the needed parts and do the required repairs within 24 hours and charged a reasonable fee for parts and labor and was respectful of my questions and concerns about my car and was happy to provide an honest estimate of my total bill before doing the repairs.
I will definitely be using his services again as finding an honest and experienced mechanic who will work with you to provide the best and most cost-effective approach to repairing your car is a tough call in this economy and is something I value and appreciate as
