  They replace both outside spigot, pipe in basement, and shutoff valves. Professional and reliable work. Patiently answered questions. Charge was reasonable. Definitely can recommend.

  Wayne was excellent electrician. He was here early and was finished within 30 minutes or so. Jerry is also excellent plumber. Have had him here a couple times and always on time, efficient and very nice.

  UPDATE - 3/14/23
  
  So even though it was mild this winter in comparison to others, at least so far......it was still cold, and we still used gas for heat, hot water, and electricity. I also had the last of the new windows installed, and even though the house is not air-tight, it is MUCH MUCH better than before. I have to say that with these three major undertakings (New HVAC, New Hot Water Heater, and new windows,the heating costs have gong down, not quite by half. Keep in Mind that gas had gone up as well. The New unit has worked flawlessly and the upstairs is getting air flow like never before. Thanks for a great job Team Messina! And thank you also Window Guy! You know who you are!
  
  Received several Quotes for work to be performed. Pricing was close to in the middle of the quotes. Met with installation supervisor, walked through the job and discussed needs, space, etc. Discussed options for system and decided on equipment based on my experience, and recommendations of Messina. coordination was made ahead of time for access, start times, etc. No surprises - no extras, no unforeseen conditions. Installation took all day, as planned, and upon completion area was cleaned up. Messina showed how to work equipment, helped with WIFI installation for new thermostat, and showed how that worked as well.
  
  This may sound like a commercial - but.....
  I wanted to thank you so much for the quick follow up on this. I also wanted to let you know again how much we appreciate Ben and his team for a great job at our home. They not only did a great job with installation, but also provided education on the system as well.
  
  It wasn't cheap, but not many good things are. Talk to Messina if you need to have a new system, or part of it installed/repaired. They will explain your options, and do it well. The rest is up to you when you do your comparisons. Make sure to look at more than the cost - look at the quality of equipment, installation, and service.
  
  Team Messina provided great equipment, clean installation and professional service for us at our home.
