(August 30, 2023, 12:00 pm)I moved to Chapman’s five years ago upon retirement. And I couldn’t be happier. The setting is serene and picturesque; the community is clean and well-maintained; the area is safe and quiet; the residents are warm and welcoming; the office staff is friendly and helpful (an on site concierge service of sorts). I often tell people I know that I have found my own version of Mayberry. On a five star scale, I would rate Chapman’s a six.

(May 3, 2023, 7:13 pm)Chapman’s is not your run of the mill community of homes. The neighborhood is full of friendliness and a calm quite atmosphere only broken by the sounds of nature.
The Chapman’s are always on hand to help any issues you may have arise on your grounds and they put in strong labor to keep the community looking beautiful. They are the first ones to wave ‘Hello’ and wish you a good day. When winter snow storms hit they are the first up in the morning to plow and salt the roads so you haven’t any worry about getting in or out.
Something really to appreciate is that they do not put up with any drama and are quick to resolve it. Their aim is for a peaceful neighborhood.
You will not find a nicer set of homes and friendly neighbors. -

(February 22, 2023, 4:31 pm)Chapman’s is a wonderful place to call home. The Park is lovely, our neighbors are all friendly and courteous, the owners and office staff are kind and very helpful. The homes are all well maintained, and I cannot get over just how quite it is. Everything is absolutely perfect, from the adorable lamp posts in front of every home, to the location of the park. I could not ask for a better place to live.
