  Absolute class act! Chapamn Ford in Horshem from a salesman (Nolan Rudd), to Sales Manager (Steven Wepryk), to Finance Manager (Reuben Guntipally) was THE MOST pleasant and accommodating car dealership I have ever experienced. Trust me, I’ve been shopping for a truck for longer than 2 months before I landed my new RAM 1500 Big Horn from Chapman Ford. Nolan Rudd assisted my wife and I through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable with the purchase.
  
  I would not only recommend to my friends and family, but to whoever is fortunate enough to read this review. Outstanding job and I thank everyone at Chapman Ford of Horsham.

  Excellent experience with both of my purchases from Chapman.

  Very transparent, did not have to deal with pushy sales tactics or inflated pricing.
  
  Huge shout out to Noland who took care of me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
  
  It was a pleasure working with Angelica in finance, she thoroughly and efficiently reviewed all of the paperwork and answered all of my questions.

  I can tell you that it’s been one of the BEST retail purchase experiences ever.
  
  In Feb 2021 I ordered a new Bronco through Tom B. We connected online after my local dealer was giving me the run-around.
  
  Since then everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been prompt, professional, and enthusiastic! Ashlie and Kyle handled the various changes since then and were always available to answer questions and or/update my order. Which happened several times through the different Model Years.
  
  Since my Bronco arrived John in sales has been wonderful. Steven W reached out to me personally when I had a DORA question and took care of it promptly!
  
  Chapman Ford was able to navigate through all of Ford’s Private Offers and Retail Price Protection. They honored the original “deal” made back in Feb 2021 to the penny over 2 years (May 2023) later!
  
  Awesome is an understatement!
  
  I live in Texas, but if I’m looking for a new Ford in the future I’ll check with Chapman first.

  Experience was great from start to finish. The sales manager John and Salesman Tyler were extremely helpful. This is my second car purchased from Chapman and I will continue to return for my future cars! Tyler answered any and all questions I had for him and I couldn’t be happier.
