Flowers everywhere 🙂 Another visit to catch fall flowers is on my list.
This is a ¼-⅓ of a day experience. Great facilities. Immaculate almost. Wonderful mix of the bones of old bones landscape design with a well integrated pollinator garden pop culture. I think they're dappling with permaculture and I like food being mixed into landscape. I would hate to compare it with other outstanding gardens because it has its own charm with great use of elevation gain n 3D design. Be prepared for hill hiking. I managed, a little stiff from Parkinson's - was a bit wearing.
We snacked on sheep feta n crackers and yogurt. We packed in n packed out. There was at least one water bottle fill station. -

(August 24, 2023, 8:53 pm)It was absolutely amazing and peaceful. I would go here a million times. I went on a Saturday in the early afternoon and the parking lot was pretty much full yet the park did not feel crowded at all due to its size. The employees were pleasant and helpful. As soon as I arrived there was a courteous lady who had helped us directionally to park the car and wished us a nice visit. You will be given a map as you walk up to the stand at the beginning of the attraction. There were gardeners on duty tending to the plants and I ran into a couple employees feeding the koi (I swear there were over 50 easily) and they were super kind to ask if any of the guests wanted to have a go at feeding them. I highly recommend this place for nature lovers. They have a wide variety of plants (which personally I was obsessing over) and trees that look like they’ve been there for CENTURIES. They were gigantic. There is a large field with tons of old trees where they have thoughtfully placed some unique, hand decorated benches, perfect to sit and read a book. Only thing missing is I wish they would’ve had a little cafe because after the visit I was STARVING. The employees were all very helpful. Everyone was just honestly super zen. You leave feeling just great.

(July 22, 2023, 8:00 pm)Love this place. Beautiful grounds, well kept, not too large, yet so much to see. Plenty of places to sit, eat and just enjoy nature. Bring your own picnic basket and water. Parking is by reservation so make sure you do this. They had to turn visitors away. A nice lot for handicapped.

(July 19, 2023, 3:02 pm)I visited Chanticleer Garden for the first time this past weekend and I absolutely loved it! The gardens are huge and there is plenty of room to wander around without feeling crowded. The landscapes are incredibly tranquil and relaxing, perfect for a picnic or a peaceful stroll. In addition, the stroller-friendly nature of the gardens makes it easy for parents to enjoy a day out with their kids. There are also open fields for kids to run around, making it a great place to go for a family outing. And last but not least, stroller-friendly grounds make it easy for parents to enjoy their time too. Parking was also not an issue. I highly recommend visiting Chanticleer Garden if you're looking for a beautiful landscape to explore!

(June 2, 2023, 1:59 pm)I love these gardens. Such a beautiful, well cared for garden to wander around & much bigger than i thought it would be. There's different sections with flowers & trees specific to that area. There is a box in each that holds pictures of the flowers displayed there; my favorite is the one that looks like a beehive. There's so many varieties blooming at the same time, it's gorgeous. At the end there is a veggie/herb garden & an English garden I'm so jealous of. There's many bird nests with babies. The entry price is reasonable & free to professionals. Parking should be reserved no matter what day even though the website doesn't say to. We were lucky to get parking without a reservation.
