(January 8, 2023, 11:36 am)I had an absolutely wonderful experience here this morning. As a walk-in there was no wait, the staff were friendly and professional, and the doctor was amazing. Not only was the doctor very kind, she was extremely knowledgeable as well. I loved her approach with and treatment of my 1 year old son. I will absolutely use Chai Urgent Care again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

(January 4, 2023, 8:00 am)Took my daughter to another urgent care Monday and she was negative for Covid and flu, still sick and breathing became strained on Tuesday night I took her to the emergency room at 8pm. To avoid the 6+hr wait someone suggested here.
We had no wait, the entire staff was amazing, Dr. Joe checked out everything and even recognized that her ‘stomach ache’ was tied to a sore throat and tested for strep, along with flu and RSV. We left with a positive RSV and a strep result that we didn’t get previously, or would have waited hours for.
Very grateful we found this location and will be coming back! (hopefully not in the near future)
