(August 2, 2023, 12:34 pm)Hello I hope you are a person who reads reviews. My name is Diane and I went to GC Auto to purchase a vehicle I had seen online. The team is very friendly and made me feel welcome however do to an issue I wrote a review that wasn’t that great. This happened two months ago and to my surprise within one minute of my review being posted I received a call from the owner Carlos . He asked me to tell him about the experience and I did and he asked me how he could make the situation better. Right there I knew this was a man who cared about his customer and his business he invited me to come back which I did and Carlos explained everything to me and stated that he would do everything he could to get me in my new truck. In this day and age it’s difficult to find somebody with such integrity and honesty so I went back and we worked things out I really felt he just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I really wanted this SUV and Carlos made sure that I got it he even offered for me to take it to my own mechanic which I did. Carlos has no problem explaining things as many times as he needs to to make his customer happy and I am truly grateful for that. he takes your calls and returned your calls and make sure that he communicates with you. If you’re looking for someone who will be honest with you and will work with you this is definitely a dealership that I would recommend… stop by and see Carlos they have a lot of very nice vehicles and a friendly staff you won’t be disappointed! He takes his business very seriously and as I said that’s hard to find thank you Carlos

The Saleman was great and the Financial Wizard Carlos went that extra mile to make me comfortable as well as Satisfied. He was courteous, friendly, patient, helpful and all around a nice guy!
