(April 6, 2023, 9:49 pm)The CFA is a wonderful organization for families, expecting moms, and moms! The owner Mary is so sweet and welcoming. I began my involvement with Fit4Mom classes when my daughter was a baby, then did their mommy & me classes as she got older, and continue to enjoy their moms night out events! They have something for every mom to get involved in and will become your village. Highly recommended checking out all they have to offer!!

I started taking classes while I was pregnant, I continued the new moms group after I had my son, the new moms group was an incredible resource and support system! My 2 year old son now attends classes at the CFA and we’ve been taking Fit4Mom classes since he was 5 months old! Mary and all the staff at the CFA are incredibly supportive and it’s great to be a part of their village!

(March 29, 2023, 8:16 am)I started taking classes with CFA when I was pregnant with my first and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only did it give me the tools to get through pregnancy, labor, and delivery but it set me up with a village I would rely on as a new mom. Mary goes above and beyond to help the moms and families she meets. Honestly, postpartum would have been a harder road without the resources CFA provided to me. And the playgroups I now participate in with my toddler are so much fun and engaging!

(March 29, 2023, 2:16 am)I started taking classes at CFA when I was about 8 months pregnant. They offered a labor and delivery class along with a breastfeeding course among other course. I have been exclusively nursing and I would like to say they set up the foundation for me to nurse successfully. They also offer a breast feeding support group weekly. My son and I attend their “fun for wee ones” group along with their open play. They offer many other programs, several different days of the week. There is something for everyone here! The staff is super welcoming, so nice, and extremely friendly. The crafts we make in our play groups are definitely fridge worthy. The place is super cute and so clean. Their website is always up to date. They are constantly adding new things to their calendar. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I will definitely be attending more programs here.

(March 28, 2023, 12:50 pm)Such a good resource for the first time mom-to-be and for the mom with young kids.
There are a variety of courses in preparation for birth, such as Baby Care, Infant and Child CPR and Breastfeeding. I personally took the 3 part Childbirth Education Classes which helped me understand the process of labor and what to expect during my first time in a hospital and having a baby. Mary was very informative, provided worksheets for me and my partner, and provided pictures of delivery room set ups to make the experience more comfortable when encountering it for the first time. She definitely has a way with the first time dads, allowing for questions and getting them invested in helping throughout the process.
After birth, I joined the New Mother's Group, also hosted by Mary. It was a great opportunity to meet other new moms and not feel alone during such a tough time! Mary asked us to set weekly goals for ourselves and encouraged us as humans and new mommas! I still keep in touch with the mommas and feel very comfortable contacting them for advice and to see baby updates!
I want to explore the different playgroups in the future. Definitely look into the free playgroup days every so often. It's a great way to meet people!
