  I purchased a Vehicle in 2020 in the midst of a transfer of Ownership, Covid restrictions being lifted and new staff. A mistake was made on my registration and upon realizing the mistake some time later. I returned to see Kyle and Tammy and they not only assured me they would correct the mistake, but their communication during the process was quick and to the point. It's not easy to own up to mistakes but it happens and whats most important and credible is that the mistake was rectified and rectified quickly.   I purchased both a 2012 Ford Fusion and a 2008 Ford Escape at the same time. Both cars were in great shape and ran great from the test drive on. There were a few minor issues that Kyle, Gary, and team were very helpful in resolving quickly.

  I bought a used 2008 MB e350 from Cervone's. This was my first car from them, and for sure it will not be the last. Kyle and his team, from the very beginning when I call to ask if the car was available to the delivery of the car, the whole experience was what you expect from a larger dealer and more. I felt that all my questions were answered truthfully and professionally. I Asked for certain minor repairs, like a ripped seat (used car...) and no issues, it was repaired at my satisfaction. I was concern with brakes and suspension being an older model, so I got pictures of all the parts so I can evaluate them. And of course the price that I could afford was met in a friendly chat with no pushing or hidden fees. My experience was top rated. Thank you Kyle and team

  Great experience with Kyle & co. We went look at a car that had just been purchased the night before, but stayed to test drive a few others. Didn’t find the right car, but Kyle wasn’t at all pushy. We kept in touch and soon enough the perfect car showed up. Cervone is a dealer that will help you find the right car & then back it up with service.

  This year I bought my first car, and I made ALL the rookie mistakes. I mean, I bought it on Craigslist. You know? However, during that whole horrible process I met Kyle, who now runs the used car sales lot of Cervone’s. Kyle went absolutely above and beyond for me when my beat up car finally kicked. Not only did he make me feel safe, understood, and taken care of, but he worked to get me in the absolute best car he could. That took a lot of running around, after-hours calls and text messages, countless visits to the lot, with a customer (me) who had some serious used car trauma. I could not recommend Cervone’s highly enough!! I feel that I have a huge safety net now that I’ve bought a used car there, with an amazing warranty and an amazing HUMAN who cares so much about his customers and their safety and satisfaction.
