I have been a patient of Dr. Hersh's for almost twenty years. She is just amazing. She is kind, compassionate and dedicated to her patients. The entire team is professional and caring, and they put their patients first. I know I will get the very best care from her and all of the staff at Central Jersey Women's Health.
Dr. Hersh is one of the most incredible, sensitive, and compassionate doctors I've ever had. I was diagnosed with breast cancer while under her care and she did everything in her power to make it an easy process for me to ensure I was OK. I just became a patient of Dr. Hersh one year ago when I felt my previous doctor was not providing the appropriate care. Turns out I was correct because she was ignoring the fact that my sister had breast cancer at age 37 and was not recommending preventative care for me, Which later Dr. Hersh did and saved my life after my first visit with her. I recommend her to everyone I know and I am well aware that many of my friends have switched doctors in order to have Dr. Hersh treat them and have the same feelings I do. The entire practice is wonderful as I have seen other doctors on an emergency basis and everyone in the practice is equally compassionate and friendly. I had a recent visit with Dr. Wallis and he was exceptional as well.
How do I explain/describe Dr. Hersh? Skilled, patient, kind and genuine. I have been a patient for many years and those qualities remain consistent. I recently went in for an emergency procedure and she worked around her busy schedule to be there for me. Thank you!! My situation is not unique...she is a patient advocate. Her office staff reflects her professional yet personalized approach to women's health.
Everyone in the office was pleasant. The appointment was on schedule. Dr Hersh is the epitome of what a doctor should be professional, knowledgeable, warm and relates well to the patient.
My experience with Dr. Hersch is always pleasant. I feel safe and welcome with her. My reason for 4 and not 5 stars was because my appointment was scheduled for 11:15, and I was not seen until closer to noon.
