  Car shopping sucks. We all know this. But Central Group makes this painful process easy and smooth. The salesman jayson was extremely helpful and didn’t breathe down our necks, John is incredibly knowledgeable. Car buying sucks but it doesn’t have to. Go to central group 10/10 will send anyone looking for a car. Give them a try, I’m serious they are really great. Thanks again guys! We will be returning for all our car purchases.

  This is the best dealership they hooked me up with a beautiful 5 series BMW! It’s so fresh it feels like I got it brand new! The customer service here is outstanding! I highly recommend central group.

  After having a hard time finding a new vehicle. Sales person John was very helpful day and night with keeping me updated on the truck I wanted an got me approved. I am a very satisfied customer no complaints at all thank you John .

  Today we had the pleasure of meeting with John and test driving a Honda civic which we gratefully were able to drive home the same day! The service was exceptional considering we weren't harassed from the moment we stepped on the lot. We arrived and took as much time as we needed to walk around and get a look at every car on the lot . When it was time to ask questions John was more than helpful and the service was fast and painless unlike most of our experiences in the past At other dealers. He was a man of his word and gave a fair price and acknowledged us as being first responders in law enforcement and health care , which was not even necessary. John went the extra mile and our experience was amazing. We will be back in the future for more family vehicles for sure!

  If you are like me and have come to the Google Reviews looking for an honest review of Central Group Autos before visiting, here it is...
  After weeks of exhausting car shopping, countless dealerships and way too many bait and switch test drives for my daughter's first car, we discovered Mr. John Hooks at Central Group Autos.
  First thing you notice is the quality of the cars on the lot. Even though we were shopping for a low mileage, super safe, commuter car, some of high end inventory certainly caught my eye. John walked us through the cars that were within our expectations without any pressure or pushiness. We found a car that ticked every box on her wish list. Having been at this point with other dealers, we sat down expecting a difficult negotiation. That worry faded quickly when dealing with John. The Pros and Cons of the car were on the table and the necessary issues were addressed quickly by John and the Service Team. We had a honest, straightforward breakdown of the true cost of the car and we felt very comfortable making the deal. When we picked up the car later that week, the service team completed all the repairs and even ones not discussed earlier.
  
  Bottom line: Central Group Autos gets 2 thumbs WAY UP.
  I would recommend them to family and friends. My daughter drove off very happy and I felt great knowing the car was save and mechanically sound because of the work done by John and his service team.
