  We have been dealing with Central Business over 20 plus years and have never had a problem with them, their staff, their equipment or service.
  They are always courteous, professional, responsive and pleasant to deal with. Their professionalism is top notch.
  You will always be treated with the utmost respect. That counts for so much. I highly recommend them.

  About 15 years ago, Frank our rep came in and promised not only a better deal, but better service. They STILL continue to deliver. I believe we are on our 5th lease with them.
  
  Frank is not an owner and he is there 15 years later. That says alot about him and the company keeping a good guy. This year our IT guy for setup was Tom and he was Fantastic. Cliff in Service is always on point and even though we are not their biggest customer, he treats us like we are important to the company.
  
  The delivery guys were ultra courteous and made sure that they did not disrupt our business installing the new machine. They left NO MESS.
  
  I don't even ask what they are sending anymore. My only req. with Frank is that 'it does the same or better than last machine'... more than not it is better.
  
  Highly Recommended.

  For many more years than I have been at my current nonprofit, CBS has provided the equipment and contracts for the in house printing, copying, scanning services etc. the reason they have had our account for all this time is because of the excellent service provided and the investment they make in our work as a nonprofit. CBS has been there for us not only in the capacity that they are contracted to be, but far beyond that in support of our agency. Both Michael and Sean the owners and Robert our representative have been responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to keep services flowing both for what they provide and what we as an agency provide to the community.
  
  If you need digital services, and other tech support don't hesitate. You will be getting world class service!

  Central Business Systems is a great service for my company. The staff has always been a pleasure to work with and their Sharp copiers are very reliable. I highly recommend this company.
