Prompt response when I inquired about availability, and was assured they had my product. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tile and moment's before the tile was to be shipped out, put in a cancelation order and Alan made sure that they could stop the shipping and processed my refund.
5 starts doesn't do it justice in my opinion, I would double that up for a 10 star rating. Exceptional customer service! -

Everyone in the NYC area should go here directly for tiles instead of ordering online from other retailers, in my opinion!

The tiles are incredibly beautiful and glossy and perfectly handmade! Exactly what I was looking for - and the best priced Zellige I’ve found. The tiles arrived in perfect condition- wrapped thoroughly, with a personalized note from Alan himself! Can’t wait to use you again for my bathrooms!
