(August 4, 2023, 6:23 pm)I took two of my sons here today as a late Christmas present. We had never shot with shotguns before but the owner said we could come over and he'd help us get started. He spent a good bit of time with explaining how everything worked and the gave us some shooting tips at the first station which was very helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised by how the place works. It's kind of like a golf course for shotguns. We enjoyed our afternoon and will definitely be back.

(July 8, 2023, 3:18 pm)It was my First time here so didn’t know their rules / ways. An older guy first approached us by talking at us than changed his tone when he realized we’ve never been here so started telling us some rules to help us to their ways. A little later I went back into the building to pay more for clays so we could shoot more and I over hear the older guy in the building complaining about us and added some spicy lies saying we are out there walking around with loaded guns. We only loaded our shotguns one shot at a time and only before we shot and never left the line with any weapon loaded. Not to long after low and behold here comes the guy who was being seasoned with lies. Suggesting that we go and try the 5 station shooting at the end of the field, we pasted on it all 6 times. We left a few mins later. Other than that, The range was setup nice so it’s gets 4 stars.

(October 23, 2022, 7:18 pm)Went for qualifying course and what a great experience it was.All the instructors were very knowledgeable and professional.What a safe and fun experience.Anyone looking to qualify I would highly recommend you give these guys a try you won’t be disappointed!

(November 5, 2018, 9:12 pm)An awesome shooting experience! Hard to explain to someone who's never been there before, but it's almost like "golf w/ a shotgun". I wouldn't recommend the Sporting Clays to anyone who's never fired a shotgun before as it can be a bit pricey to play a course, and some experience is helpful. The old guy running the place has always been more than nice! I've always had a blast (no pun intended) at Cedar Creek Sporting Clays! Can't wait to get back!

It was rainy and cold that day but we went shooting, rain or shine. The instructor was really nice and helpful. They gave us a list of the 'easier' stations to definitely try out of their 16 station area.

As a novice shooter I can't compare this facility with others and can only comment on the few times I've been to Cedar Creek Sporting Clays. My first exposure to sporting clays took place at Cedar Creek. Joe Scull was extremely friendly and personally guided us around the facility.
