(June 12, 2023, 6:45 pm)I needed to move up to a larger mower. Had a 30" but needed a minimum of 42". Shopped around at the big stores and CDI got me very close to the same price but it came assembled. Also got a fair offer for my 30" mower. Gotta say that CDI was great to work with. They made it easy. And more importantly I now have a resource when I have questions about winterizing, etc. They are truly the "lawnmower store"! They deserve the stars I gave them.

They are the best, hands-down the best. They also have a great show room and provide expert advice. I will never go anywhere else for my lawn and garden equipment and for service.

(December 24, 2022, 9:01 pm)I started going to CDI this year after they started providing service and parts for scag equipment. My long term dealer and shop closed it's doors in May and I struggled to find a shop to service my multiple mowers and other power equipment at the same level of service that I had become custom to relying on for many years. All I can say is CDI has been a true blessing. The service and professionalism of their staff is the best I have encountered over the 20 years I have been in the landscaping industry. They are upfront, honest, reliable and do everything to make your buying and service experience the very best possible. Anytime something wasn't right with service I have gotten they were quick to fix the issue at no additional charge. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality equipment and service.

(October 4, 2022, 12:07 pm)10/10 - these guys are the real deal. Granted I am a new customer but purchase here & local vs those larger companies. Dan and his crew at CDI are helpful, genuine and thoughtful. Bought a new mower and the date it was scheduled was pouring rain, CDI called just as it was breaking and wanted to drop it off while the rain was stopped. Going the extra mile for their customers. I hope I found my hardware store for the next 20+ years and I will continue to recommend!!

(August 2, 2021, 2:15 pm)Asked for my Cub Cadet to be looked at since it was not starting. Asked them to pick it up from my home about 3-4 weeks ago. They did so. The mower stayed at the shop for about 10 days. Returned to me with explanation that it was battery that was bad. They did exchange oil and replace a tire since it was loosing air. by the way the battery they they replaced was 2 days old purchased at my local Lowe’s.
In interim I used the mower for three weekly 1/3 acre property mowing. And guess what the problem returned. At this moment, I decided to check the “new battery” and found myself looking at someone’s recharged core (see the pics). At this moment I am seriously thinking they sold me a core for a new battery and I will call them to see if it was their mistake, before i take this step.
Called them on07-29-2021, to hear they the work was performed over 30 days ago, and if this was a new problem I was experiencing. After telling them that it was the same problem for which I have paid pick and delivery for and new battery, the attendant told me that i can schedule a new appointment and that they are very busy at this point. I told him that I will put this review than. It did not even phase him.
08/02/2921 Addendum:
Following experience as described above Brian contacted me the same morning of the above post. Arranged the pick up of the mower. Tested it at his place. Determined that it was still the battery issue rather than the starter. Returned the mower following working day. Thanks.
