  My wife and I love our new eBikes. Both Chris and Jeff took a lot of time to explain the details and differences in the various models. We took many for a test ride. In the end, Chris went above and beyond to put us on the right bikes. Inventory was great, prices were even better. Chris also helped with a bike rack for my truck. I highly recommend CC Electric Cycles for all eBike needs.

  Chris is super friendly and helpful in helping me out with my e-bike. When I picked up the bike at Chris’ place, he spent quite a bit time with me explaining how the bike work, also we did quick ride to see how things are adjusted. He is also fun to chat with, we talked about music, he invited me in to his house and played a few songs. He truly enjoy making his customers happy. From time to time, I get text from him checking in to see how I enjoy the bike. Whoever is consider getting bike from Chris, I am sure they are in good hands.

  After doing research for about 3 months, I bought my first e-bike from Chris, an IGO Bonnaventure. There are many reasons I'd recommend buying from Chris over other local retail shops. He has a great selection of bikes with a wide price range and is very knowledgeable about the advantages or drawbacks of one over another. During my buying experience, Chris was very responsive and honest in answering any questions I had. We took a few out on test rides and he was happy to let that continue until I had a comfort level with the bike that appealed most to me. Because I didn't have a car hitch and rack, he offered to drive it from Boonton to Verona for me on his rack. Chris has a very genuine enthusiasm about cycling, his inventory and making people happy with their purchase.decision and in my view, there is no better place to get your next e-bike.

  Chris at CC Electric Cycles is fantastic when it comes to learning about eBikes. He was patient as we went through our decision process despite our multiple visits. He equipped my wife and I with exactly the type of bikes that fit the type of riding we were looking to do. We ended up buying two bikes that we love and use all the time. We are currently considering a third bike so that we can ride with friends when they come to visit. After visiting multiple eBike shops I can honestly say that Chris at CC Electric Cycles honestly earned our business and did not disappoint.

  I bought 2 bikes for my wife and I in summer of 2021. So happy we made the investment! ebikes are terrific for the casual rider, and let you work as hard or as little as you want. Kudos to Chris, who knows his bikes and was very patient explaining everything to us. His really cares about customer satisfaction, following up with us after the sale to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommended!
