  Our son was experiencing a lot of anxiety. Melody Bish immediately connected with him (9yr old) and was the perfect balance of engaging him and teaching him different tools to help deal with his anxiety. We both went and I also learned a lot of great tools. He is so much more confident in his ability to recognize his anxiety and to get ahead of it. He has been playing his sports and playing with friends with so much less worry and able to enjoy himself!!! He hasn't seen Melody in a few months and said he is really proud of his hard work and he knows if he needs her, she will be there for him! I can not say enough wonderful things about her and our experience with her!

  Our family worked with Amy Young and the help we received was invaluable. Amy was always attentive, supportive and a very good listener and our son immediately had a great rapport with her. Amy gave him many tools to help him overcome his struggles. He has learned that he is capable and strong. We are very grateful to Amy and can't recommend her enough!!!

  Dr. Young is a gifted practitioner. She is willing and able to engage on many levels, she is very accessible and repsonsive. Her practice of CBT combined with her view toward mental wellness are powerful and effective pathways for effective healthy growth and change. I am grateful for her presence in this field and would highly recommend her to anyone considering therapy under this paradigm.

  We would highly recommend this practice and this professional. Amy Young had such a nice manner and developed an immediate rapport with my 18 year old son. Getting an appointment was easy, and she worked really well with our son and helped provide him with the tools he needed to succeed and manage his minor OCD behaviors before they potentially became worse.
