(April 13, 2021, 8:44 pm)You’re in great hands here. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Mike talked me through my first cryo session and it flew by. I finished with the reboot to address some lingering knee issues. The “freeze and squeeze” combo really helped with the knee stiffness I’d been having. I’ve gone back quite a few times and always love how great I feel mentally and physically afterwards. You don’t need to be an athlete or in training to benefit from cryotherapy Definitely check them out!

(April 13, 2021, 12:00 pm)Fagging awesome... staff is very attentive, hard working ensuring you're taken care of, they treat you with respect, pleasant attitude with you, they give you every bit of information you need, they carty quality and customer service, they make you feel life a person and not number on a list. They really make service wonderful and its completely healthy for anyone in sports with injury or just at home and like to treat themselves to looking and feeling better. I approve this message. Thanks Mike @cavemancryotherapy... one of the best.

(December 3, 2020, 11:28 am)Great atmosphere and overall experience. Nate and Mike (the owners) always keep it professional and are very knowledgeable in the health and wellness field. Wasn’t originally keen on the idea of being cold but explained its only for a couple minutes and also explained the benefits in terms of reducing inflammation. Having that info really warmed me up to the idea of being cold. Highly recommend to anyone who is an athlete, works physically demanding positions, or just likes to train hard!
