  Life always has a way of giving you what you need. My lesson in working with Alex at Fresh Air Realty was the importance of patience. At the time of my search for Catskills real estate, there was limited supply on the market. Alex was thoughtful and meticulous in listening to my wish list, reassuring me that the "just right" property was out there and not to give up hope. Well...he kept his word and found the absolute PERFECT property. We are grateful that he shepherded us through the entire process and continues to be an ongoing resource, given his local knowledge.   We had the most extraordinary experience with Joe Satto. It was about a year from when we first contacted Joe to when we closed on our new home. During that time, he was incredibly patient and helpful. He listened and understood what we were looking for even when we didn’t really know ourselves. He shared tons of knowledge and ideas, showed a lot of homes, and saved us from driving up unnecessarily when he knew something that sparked our interest wasn’t right. Ultimately, he got us access to a property that wasn’t yet for sale and put up with me while we waited 2 months for the previous owner to be ready to sell. Since then, Joe has continued to be a resource as we navigate upstate life. We can’t thank him or recommend him enough.   Joseph Satto is an extraordinary agent, and I could not recommend him more effusively.   Wow - what an incredible experience in helping us find our dream home.
  We worked with Matt Sabia and my husband and I could not recommend him highly enough. Matt went above and beyond, introducing us to different areas, sending us curated lists of homes of interest. He spent genuine time getting to know us, and the type of home he knew we would like (and he always knew!). He was down to earth, professional and commands exceptional knowledge of the market.
