  Catskills Pilates is my go-to workout place and the classes with Myriam Lopez have been essential for me during this pandemic. Myriam is one of the most passionate coaches/trainers I have worked with and her knowledge of Pilates is extensive. She is an instructor who is fully present in her classes. In spite of the current challenges of only being able to offer classes via zoom, she is able to observe our form and guide us through the exercises and series. She changes things up every week, while remaining consistent in helping us achieve better fitness. I highly recommend Catskills Pilates.

  Tried my first class to help with a bad shoulder and the results have been fantastic. As a golfer the improvement in my range of motion has been amazing after just 2 months of sessions. Keep it coming.
