They explain the products you are looking for, like spiciness. I like that they make small batches which I personally like. I will be a regular customer.

Family business and I felt like family the way I was treated. I am all about farm to table and this is my go to place for beef! You can not purchase beef more fresh than this. I have been searching for a place like this for years. I will be a life long customer. Thank you Shamil!

(October 18, 2022, 1:32 pm)Catskill Packing, did an amazing job. My son nabbed his first deer. And I brought in my 12 pointer. They caped them both for us! The packaging was done really nice and we had some sweet sausages done as well. Delicious.

Everyone I’ve spoken to who has used them for butchering has nothing but positive things to say. A truly five star local business that deserves every praise they get.

(October 6, 2022, 7:52 pm)I'm a small-scale goat farmer and I had a pleasant experience when I took a goat to Catskill Packing to be processed for the first time. The owner took care of me and walked me through the process of selecting the style of the cuts. They gave me so many amazing cuts of meat from my little goat. No part of my animal was wasted or lost. Everything was packaged neatly in vacuum sealed bags like you would see at the supermarket. I'm really happy I chose to take my goat there.
