They were HONEST and THOROUGH with their outreach. And, they were RESPONSIVE to both myself (seller) and potential buyers. Highly recommended!

As a first time homebuyer you would think the process would be stressful and confusing but through her patience, expertise and extensive knowledge of the state and market in finding the perfect home AND providing us with the best recommendations for banks, lawyers contractors, etc I couldn't imagine a smoother process.
Both from a business and personal perspective Sherri is an absolute pleasure of a person to be around so we had a lot of fun through the countless hours and many many days spent in search of our home as well! She understood what we wanted and made sure to show us a wide variety of options while also maintaining a very professional sense of honesty and diligent consideration throughout the process.

She was incredibly patient and a true professional when it came to a particularly lengthy and difficult purchase negotiation process. She has an intimate knowledge of the market and knows how to connect buyers/sellers and drive the process efficiently to timely closure.

(September 9, 2021, 6:04 pm)Sherri is super knowledgeable about the area and she takes time to get to know you whether you're buying or selling to figure out what would be a good place for you and won't hesitate to say if something wouldn't be the right place. She also knows all of the different aspects of the real estate business locally from zoning to appraisals to legal and she was very helpful with all of that as well. I would definitely recommend her for anyone buying or selling a property in the western Catskills.
