I always felt frustrated at my previous vet by how rough they were when handling my cat, so it was truly such a relief to see how gentle and kind the vet tech and vet were… 10/10 experience! 💕

(May 15, 2023, 8:07 pm)We've been taking our kitties and dog here since 2020, seeing Dr. Figge mainly. Dr. Figge is amazing! He's very patient and explains everything thoroughly and never seems like he's bothered by my million questions. He helped us in getting one of our cats to lose 6-7 pounds. He also helped with my doggies ear troubles.
Dr. Oliver has also seen my dog - he is great too, I just haven't interacted with him as much.
I will admit their prices seem high, but I also have nothing to compare it to as they're the only vet I've been to! Overall pleased with this vet. :) -

(April 3, 2023, 3:08 pm)Firstly Janis McGill, is a fantastic vet she is gentle, knowledgeable, professional, polite, I will definitely be returning with my dogs for our veterinary needs. The lady in charge of billing took the time to come out and explain the process with using pet insurance which was very helpful as it was my first time using Trupanion. All the technicians that helped me were just as polite knowledgeable and professional…. Minus one that that gave the billing department lady attitude in front of me because she asked her to politely get me scheduled for my pets follow up but the vet was there and was able to get me rescheduled before it was even an issue. Over all I left with a great experience and will definitely be returning -

(March 10, 2023, 8:34 am)Awesome Dr.Oliver is great n my pups adore him no matter their circumstances. The staff is great. Glad to see Lynn is still there. Very caring compassionate group of people. Been going there since age 17 with my 1st pup..n 70 now. Always trusted the best medical care for my dogs n cats. A+ here.❤🐾
