Yesterday, I contacted the office and spoke with Athena regarding an issue my son was having, who is insured with another major carrier. He was not getting answers from his agent, and I called this office for help. Athena was so helpful in giving me the information he needed, knowing that he was insured elsewhere. The issue was resolved, but I owe it to her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism in putting someone else's needs first and doing her very best to assist me. Anyone needing professional assistance is in good hands with this office. Thank you!
