  I have been battling cancer for 8 years now and am suddenly and unexpectedly experiencing hair loss for the third time due to chemotherapy. It is hard to describe the degree of kindness and compassion we were treated with by our new friend Catherine Roberts. She accommodated us immediately, is incredibly knowledgeable and truly understands that women in my situation need to feel back in control of their appearance - whatever that might entail. I would encourage anyone in a similar situation to visit Catherine’s shop. She is a superstar.

  Going to Cathy Roberts for help when my hair began badly thinning was one of the best things that I ever did. It was a tramatizing, embarrassing time in my life. My self-esteem was low and my confidence diminishing. Cathy is always compassionate, caring and made sure that the solutions she presented were natural looking and helped me look and feel as I had before my hair loss. I have been returning to Cathy over the years as my medical condition worsened and required different solutions. She always treats me like a favorite relative and finds the product to keep me looking my very best. Thank you Cathy! You have been a lifesaver.

  Purchasing a wig for medical reasons was very emotional. Dialing the phone to set up the appointment was stressful. Suddenly the hair loss was not my imagination. This was real. Once I spoke with Cathy I felt so much better. The appointment was set and it was fine. Cathy is caring, understanding, professional and gives an honest opinion. I was able to purchase a very nice wig as well as bangs to wear with a hat. Cathy educated me on caring for the wig as well as assured me that she will be available for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Catherine Roberts Wig Salon. Excellent selection and Cathy goes above and beyond to assist during a difficult time. We even had some laughs and really pleasant conversation.

  Going through chemotherapy is tough and has it's physical and emotional challenges. While hair grows back, it is still very difficult to go through the process of losing it during treatment. Catherine was professional, experienced, patient and extremely informative. When I told her the chemotherapy cocktail that I was going to be on, she told me exactly when my hair would start to fall out and how the process would go. She also warned me not to buzz cut my hair because my scalp would become sensitive and buzz cutting my hair would cause more sensitivity. When it came time to select and style the wig she very comforting and talked me through the whole process. Catherine provides instructions with regard to the proper way to put on the wig as well as how to care for the wig. At no point was there any pressure to make a purchase. This is the only place in my opinion to go for a wig during chemotherapy.

  Could not have asked for a better woman to buzz my hair and help me select the perfect wig while undergoing treatment. Professional, kind, funny, straight-shooter and knowledgeable. Its been a year since my diagnosis and probably 10 months since Cathy helped me and am still grateful.
