(January 31, 2022, 9:27 am)I've wanted to upgrade my office chair for awhile and finally had the time to stop by Casey's. They couldn't have been more helpful and willing to work with me shortly before they were closing for the day. I was able to try multiple types of chairs (adjustable arms, leather, various sizes) and a few that had been discontinued. One of these discontinued chairs was extremely comfortable and a great overall price! I love my new chair and wish I had stopped by Casey's months ago.

(March 11, 2021, 10:33 am)I have needed a desk for a few years but have struggled to find one to fit my unique office space. Boy do I wish I would have just gone to Casey’s right away. Hans Chung is about as helpful, knowledgeable, and professional as anyone I have ever worked with. He asked the right questions, showed me options around the showroom to get an idea of what I liked and then took the reigns from there. In just a few moments he was able to put together a dimensional drawing, an itemized quote, and a digital rendering of my office based off the picture/measurements I provided! It took me a few days to sort out the details and Hans was with me every part of the way with multiple updates handled with ease. Once the order was placed my installation was scheduled for Wednesday the following week. The installation crew was top notch. They were friendly, respectful, professional, and very clean. They asked me about a few personal preferences and were helpful assertive with recommendations based on their experience and after the installation left my office cleaner than when they got there! If I could give this company 10 starts I would. Hans Chung is a true professional and I highly recommend he and his team for desk design and installation. Keep up the good work !!!

(January 21, 2017, 4:53 pm)Pretty good customer service and selection with a fairly reasonable price. We went two times, one year apart. The second time they were able to match the original set we got (even though we did not remember what it was) - by the pictures we took on our phone.
