Karen has become a friend a listens to provide the best service of any business that I am aware of. I feel safe and welcomed whenever I visit the store and I am especially impressed how this business gives back to the SI community. Since going to Casale it is my only go to jeweler.

I sold some gold jewelry over the summer and Karen designed a ring from one of the stones and the small diamonds that were in some of the pieces. I picked up a stunning new ring yesterday and am thrilled with how it came out.

After going to another jeweler and being told I’d never find a wedding band that would sit nicely with my engagement ring, Karen & Cory would not take that for an answer! We found the most perfect wedding band to go with my ring & Karen helped my fiancé find his dream wedding band as well!!!! I would 10/10 recommended them to anyone who is looking for an amazing jewelry shopping experience!
