I worked for CAS for 32 years. My hard work was both acknowledged and respected. The company is professional and expects excellence, but also understands the pressures on a working mother with a growing family. I always appreciated the team effort and brainstorming offered from the office to help solve a problem with a family and/or patient. The owner lives both sides of that world. Home care requires a special skill set and is quite satisfying as a career path. This company works hard to keep the patient, the family and the nurses happy.
I have had the pleasure to work here for the CAS family for a year now. In my 26 years of nursing, I haven't seen a better agency to work for. Most of the nurses here have over 20 years or more with this company. I have the great pleasure to work on the companies daughters team. The working conditions always perfect. Family treats us like we are family. They bend over backwards to give you the schedule that works best for you. When gas prices went crazy they gave every nurse a nice raise with out us asking to help us out. ( Never have I seen a company care so much) This is a great place to work!
