  This car wash is great and the automatic Touchless car wash is the way to go. After being a customer of a certain car wash in the area that has a monthly subscription. Quickly I noticed micro scratches from their tunnel wash all over my new vehicle. I quickly ended my service and when to touchless. Scotchtown car wash is always clean and maintained, vacuums are powerful. Yes this service might be free elsewhere but at the expense of scratching you car!

  Update: they did make it right and provide free car wash vouchers for the inconvenience.
  
  Didn't wash the car after paying $11... Not sure if it was out of soap or the wash just wasn't working properly... Also didn't sound like the undercarriage wash was functioning properly. Usually a good car wash.
