  They were amazing, caring, & their communications/updates were on point! Made my car look new and it was never damaged! I highly recommend and the team was respectful & courteous the entire process!

  Everyone I dealt with here was wonderful! They were great to work with during a stressful personal time, compounded by my car being damaged in a hit and run. They kept me informed of the process and progress, and they had my car back to me in less than a week. Special thanks to Mike and Tina for all their help!

  Came here for an insurance claim on my k5. Everything came back super beautiful after an accident on the rear bumper. It took a little while to schedule because of Kia being weird with parts, but after the parts came, everything was done super fast. Tina communicated really well with me and scheduled an appointment super fast. And Dan the mechanic showed me everything and told me everything that could be done. Came back and was looking great. Don’t see any damages and basically new

  I was very satisfied with CARSTAR on Brownsville road. I met the owner and he detailed the repairs needed for my car to get back on the road. They had the car for about 10 days. The place is very busy indicating pleased customers. The staff was respectful, professional, and kept me informed of the progress made to completion. Workmanship quality is top notch.

  They do great work and I’m really proud of the results. It looks as good as new again! This was the first time where I had someone hit me and had to have my car repaired. They are the only Dodge/Mopar certified shop in the NE Philly/feasterville area so I decided to take it to them. I dropped the car off on a Monday morning and got the car back Thursday evening. Once they get the repair parts, they’re Quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone with Mopar products. (They may also have certifications for other car brands too)
