  First time having German style food, at least in a sit-down restaurant setting. I can't comment on how authentic it is, but it was very good and the tray of deserts is dangerous. It certainly enticed me to order some at the end of a filling meal.
  
  Big fan of the Kaese Spaetzle, it was comfort food in the form of thick hearty noodles. The duck was great with the kirsch cherries, but the hühnerschnitzel was like a big hug to my insides. Everything was just tasty comfort food. The hühnerschnitzel reminded me of breaded chicken and gravy. Different style and flavors, but that same vibe. I loved it, especially the breading which was neither soggy, nor dry. Right in the middle.
  
  The desert was delicious. We probably should have done only one, but they all looked so good.
  
  Service was good, and the atmosphere is very cute for a date night. I would visit again!

  Our 1st visit after years of admiring the menu. Everything was great! Schnitzel for us both for main ( my weiner was the winner),spectacular spaetzel. Excellent menu making it hard to decide on each course. Definitely worth the ride from wherever you are.....

  The Carriage House is an ethereal mix of elegant fine dining with a warm family welcome home feeling to it. It is truly rare to find such a place. I have been here many times with my uncle, who will not go out anywhere else locally for his birthday. It is easy to understand why he feels so passionately about this place though, after you realize that there is nothing you can order on this menu that is not INCREDIBLE! Every dish I have had over the years here is fresh, delicious, made with love, and exquisitely detailed not only in presentation, also in flavor. There are unique local cuisines as well as more rare International dishes that are sometimes offered as specials. The atmosphere is relaxing, you can come dressed formally or casually, as you prefer. The bar is also in need of high praise, the drinks are consistently excellent and strong. The perfect pomegranate martini can be found here! I highly recommend this restaurant for family dinners, gatherings of friends, and/or for a romantic date night. My favorite dinner is the crab imperial, though everything is truly amazing.

  My wife and I stopped here while travelling through on our anniversary. The weather was perfect, so we sat outside. We arrived early, so there was not a crowd. The staff was very friendly, and our waitress was awesome. She took time to chat, answer our questions, and explain the menu. They were attentive without hovering. It is a gorgeous facility. And...the food was excellent. The appetizers and the entrees were top notch. A great pick if you are in the area.
