(September 7, 2019, 7:52 pm)I wouldn't even think about bringing my clothes anywhere else. Everything is always dry cleaned nicely, alterations are done perfectly, and they're very accommodating.

(November 17, 2018, 4:02 pm)My husband and I have been using this place for many years with no complaints. They are very friendly and are good at expediting clothing items if you need them earlier. I lived in Long Island before moving to Bensonhurst and the prices at this cleaners are comparable to what I used to pay there.

Wonderful customer service and it definitely seems family run and the shop knows their customers. Had 2 shirts cleaned and pressed to my instructions and had a pair of pants hemmed lower. Both were done great and at a affordable rate.

(March 23, 2009, 12:53 pm)While you might find Carol Cleaner's prices a bit high they are expert tailors and provide fabulous alterations. I rest assured that when I bring a garment to them for alterations, you would never know that the garment was hemmed or taken in. You get what you pay for...and cheaper isn't always a better option. When you pay $120+ for a pair of slacks you want them to look like that...a cheap hem can take away from the entire fit...
