(March 19, 2023, 7:11 pm)I was in Elizabeth, NJ visiting from Orlando. I came to this spot with some family and friends. If you’re looking for authentic Colombian food this is the place. The bandeja paisa was out of this world. The server was really nice and attentive. Next time I’m in town I will be passing by.

Can’t wait to go back and try more things off the menu. Would recommend you try this place if you’re ever in Elizabeth. 10/10 !!!

I’ve eaten at many Colombian restaurants not only on Morris Ave but all over New Jersey and I must say Carnaval is the best I’ve had. The quality was outstanding, the service was amazing, and the decor was very vibrant. 10/10 would recommend.
