(July 3, 2023, 11:06 am)The amazing quality and overall delicious food at Carlino’s is a small part of the reason for my five out of five review. More importantly for me is the customer service! I am totally blind. when I frequent large grocery stores they do their best to assist me with my shopping needs, but there are no guarantees. So when I frequent smaller establishments, it’s not something I generally expect nor feel entitled to. I always hope that they may be able to accommodate my needs but it can definitely be hit or miss. Carlino’s has never missed! each and every time I have gone they have done everything they can to accommodate me. whether I go in to grab a few items or pick up a pre-ordered meal… They have gone out of their way to have someone assist me shop, and even help me locate my Uber and put my items in the vehicle. Yes the food is amazing and my number one choice when entertaining a small group… But the customer service and overall kindness is what means the most. From the bottom of my heart… I thank you for allowing me to borrow your eyes, the elbow that you allow me to hold onto and the overall kindness and willingness to assist me. It’s the little things that mean the most and you by far have gone above and beyond. Thank you!

(February 11, 2023, 1:15 am)Stopped in here for the first time to see David Akers!!! This place is pretty amazing, like a mini farmers market with amazing food. Had the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was absolutely delicious. The dressing was great and the veggies tasted like they just came out of the garden. Roll was soft and toasted perfectly. Staff was super nice and I will definitely be back!!!
