  Excellent job on fixing my minivan after being rear-ended on 95. They even touched up some scratches while it was there. I appreciate the communication,the excellent work and the speed inwhich it was done. They also did some welding on my Jeep when a local mechanic said it was impossible to fix. Happy to know they are there if my minivan needs them. Thank you.

  Fantastic communication, excellent customer service, and car was in great shape once returned. John was beyond helpful. My own car insurance kept dropping the ball with communication but John called and gave me helpful updates and was extremely supportive. He made me feel like they had everything under control, and they did! Highly recommend!

  I cannot say enough nice things about Carl and his work. Carl was a recommendation from a mechanic friend, told me Carl Massafra's Auto Body was the best in the state and it's true. I got into an accident with my brand new (40 day old) car, hit from behind and the back end was smashed in. Carl and his team took care of everything. They helped me with the rental car, with the other person's insurance company, and were so great. They had the car for a week and it was completely worth the wait, my car doesn't have a single scratch on it. The color matches perfect and it's not a typical color - Mazda CX5 Carbon...yes my baby is beautiful and Carl made sure that I was completely happy. They do body work for all types of cars, I saw some beautiful and I mean beautiful classic cars that he had worked on. So if you have an old car to restore, or need a great auto body shop Carl Massafra is the place to go. They won't steer you wrong or overcharge you. I was shocked when I saw the reasonable amount, I expected over 5k and it was under. They really are the best in the state of CT! Probably the North East!!!!

  I cannot recommend Carl's enough. I was involved in an accident and my Jeep wasn't drivable. I had it towed to a different mechanic at first who quoted me $1,675 to repair it. Carl had done some body work on my mother in law's vehicle so I decided to give them a ring and have it towed there for a second opinion. I'm SO happy I did. Not only did he save me over a thousand dollars, he worked with me when I took longer than expected to be able to pay to pick my truck up. I was kept updated every single step of the way by Ken and Carl and was always treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. He is a truly honest man with an amazing team of employees. He told me exactly what my truck needed and pointed out the various things that were not needed whatsoever on the estimate from the first mechanic I brought the truck to. He easily could have inflated the price or agreed that I needed certain parts fixed when I didn't to make some extra money but he didn't. If you need any work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Carl's. Honesty is a hard trait to find these days and he has earned himself a customer for life.

  I don't know where to start. Carl & crew have worked on many of mine and my girlfriends vehicles. Ken always keeps in constant contact, & both gentleman with the utmost respect. I have never had any issues with the impeccable work that these men do. Since the first time I had one of my vehicles repaired at their shop, I knew I had found a lifelong place I would use for auto body repair. They are always fair, honest, and up front. If they don't have an answer for something, they will go out of their way to make sure they get the correct one for the customer. I have recommended Carl Massafra's Auto Body to many friends, and will continue to do so in the future. I wish more businesses operated with the integrity that these gentlemen do.
