  I am enjoying my 1985 Ross Adventurer that I bought new at Carl Hart.I recently brought it in for it's first tire change/ inner tube change, have the spokes adjusted if required/ wheels trued if required and have the handle bars taped. Yes, the bike had been stored indoors for many years, but it's in use now.I was greeted by a very pleasant member of the staff, he listened to what I wanted done on my bike, took down my information. He showed me the tires he had in stock, I was fine with them. I was told what this would cost, and when my bike would be ready for pick up.I received a text & E-mail informing me when it was ready, I was met by the same pleasant, knowledgeable courteous person I spoke of earlier. I picked up my bike, returned home and went for a quick ride!!!! The bike rides VERY well with the new tires! It's very quick and responsive once again !!Very good turn around and service !!!!Howie

  A full 5 stars from me. Everyone there always offers a warm welcome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. No gimmicks. Honest people selling bikes at honest prices. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Nice shop, very clean. They have a large selection of bikes, accessories and equipment. Logan and Eric were very friendly, They had my bike ready for pick up within 20min of me calling to see if the bike was even available...excellent service! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and I will definitely go back for all my MTB needs and when I'm ready to upgrade.
