(March 31, 2023, 2:24 pm)My husband, myself and my mother were involved in a car accident. Our attorney referred us to Caring Hands. Since the 1st day there, we have had nothing but a great experience with everyone there. Dr. Korman & Dr. Eddie were very thorough with the evaluation of our injuries. After my evaluation with Dr. Korman, I was introduced to Michael Small head of Administration. Mr. Small was very nice to express his gratitude of being referred to Caring Hands and gave me his card if I were to have any questions.
The entire administrative staff Carolina, Jody, Mariella & Christian are all very friendly when you walk in the office and upstairs at the Physical Therapy check in desk. The Physical Therapists, Seeig, Cindy, Maryann, Janet, Jennifer, Yolanda, Emily, Merit & Liz are very friendly and attentive while you are there tending to your specific needs. They know everyone's name when you come in the therapy room! The Chiropractors John & another gentleman that is only there on Tuesdays are very friendly as well and makes sure you are receiving the adjustments needed to feel better. This facility has an overall great staff and they all work great together.
UPDATE as of 3-30-23.
I have to acknowledge Michael Smalls the Administrator. He assisted me with an open claim i had on my policy, and had it resolved in no time. I appreciate all the efforts Michael put in to have this resolved immediately. He kept in communication with me until it was resolved! Thank you so much!! -

(April 30, 2018, 3:52 pm)these guys were there for me when i was experiencing some of the worst physical pains after being rear ended. Great staff !great place to be treated! im going to miss those who've treated me.. they always greeted me and put a smile on my face everyday. my cons are the wait times which varied if you came in the morning or afternoon.
