  My son had gotten into a bad accident and totaled his car. I’m in no position financially to purchase a new car and my son only works part time because he’s a student. I didn’t have time to search privately to maybe find a good deal and the used car market is crazy right now. If you’ve recently shopped for a car, you know exactly what I am talking about. I started searching online and found a few deals I thought were worth looking into. I started with the deal I thought was the best and it happened to be a 2015 Chevy Malibu with very low mileage. The vehicle was located at a used car lot on Queens Blvd. called Caribbean Auto Sales. I was very skeptical to say the least about purchasing a car from a used car lot. My experience with Caribbean started with a Dominican women named Sarah. She answered the phone when I called, spent an ample amount of time answering all the questions I had and knew everything about the vehicle. She was delightful and to my surprise, despite the rep that comes along with used car dealers, she seemed very straight forward with all of her answers. I decided it would be worth taking a ride to check out this car. I arrived at the dealership the next day with my dad and had to deal with a gentleman named Ed. It happened to be Sarah’s birthday and she was off for the day. I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to meeting Sarah, but that didn’t last. Ed was a perfect gentleman who showed me the car answered quite a few questions and at no point tried to pressure me into making a decision. This was nothing like what I expected my experience to be like. By the way, Ed was from the Philippines. After starting the car and checking it out, it was time to negotiate the deal, it was time to speak to, who Ed called the Big Boss. I thought to myself, now is when this experience is going to take a turn for the worse. I was then escorted to the main office where I met Ozzie, the owner, who is a Jewish man from Israel. I couldn’t have been more wrong, my experience at Caribbean at this point only continued to get better. It was obvious that Ozzie wasn’t only interested in making a sale, he was very much concerned with making me a happy customer. We spoke on and off about the vehicle, but we had a very personal conversation as well. I left the dealership knowing I would go back and purchase this car as soon as ironed a few things out. I went back about 4 days later and had the pleasure of meeting Sarah. They had the vehicle all ready for me, allowed my mechanic to connect a diagnostic computer to the car and even offered to put it on a lift. The car checked out and it was time to close the deal with Joe, who worked out all the paperwork for the loan, registration and even took care of the insurance, he was also Philippine, like Ed. So here we are, 2 Philippines, a Dominican, an Israeli and me, an Italian not only working out a deal on this car, but talking to one another about our pets, our kids and life in general. All different people from all different cultures, who all had many things in common. Needless to say, I purchased the car that day and left very happy, not only feeling like I got a great deal and a great car for my son, but feeling like I had made 4 new friends.I highly recommend checking out this dealership Caribbean Auto Sales on Queens Blvd. if you’re in the market for a used car, you won’t be disappointed. I have a daughter turning 17 next month and as soon as she gets her license I’ll be calling Ozzie to get her a car. Thanks to all of you at Caribbean for a wonderful experience. If I could’ve given them a ten star rating I would have.

  I️ Always get my cars in Caribbean because they treat you like family..: this is my 3rd Car from them and never was I️ let down ,, all there cars are clean and nice always good customer service and friendly staff ,,, ask for Ralph or Earl
