(May 24, 2023, 7:00 pm)The entire staff, including CNAs, nurses, PT & OT specialists, as well as doctors, were knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The facility itself was clean and well-managed, but it was the people who made my stay positive. I noticed that when some of the patients seemed confused and upset because of cognitive decline, the staff remained patient and humane to everyone. I also found the food service to be commendable in their efforts to meet my own dietary needs and preferences.I would not hesitate to recommend CareOne at Northampton to friends and family.

(March 7, 2023, 1:26 am)My dad just finished short term rehab here recovering from a long hospitalization and surgery. We had a great experience with the care and the people. This place has heart! Yes, they were fighting their way through the same staffing and supply challenges happening everywhere, but they did a good job of prioritizing his timely care when it was urgent. He came in bedridden and not in great shape and was given close attention. PT and OT worked with him and by the time he left, he’d gained a lot of strength and mobility. Most of all, every staff person we encountered was kind and really seemed to care about the patients. No one was grumpy or phoning it in, and everyone got to know my dad and what he needed. No place is perfect, particularly these days, but we were really impressed with the people here, and would definitely recommend it.
