  CareOne Hanover has a wonderful leadership team. Every time I enter this building the staff are hands on with their residents (spending time engaging with them in physical therapy and consulting with their loved ones). Their social worker helps residents discharge home safely with appropriate care. Thank you!

  My mom was at Care One for 2 weeks this past October. The staff at Care one was kind and attentive from day one. The rooms were very clean. On day one we met Lance who made sure that mom and I were well informed on all the information we needed to make her stay comfortable. Lance would also check in with us periodically. The nurses especially Latoya and Agnes were amazing. Latoya would even call from home to make sure mom was getting what she needed. Therapy was also good and we were comfortable with her progress when we were discharged. Stephanie also helped make our discharge to home care seamless and easy. I would recommend Care One. No one wants to be at a rehab facility but they made our experience great.
