I don’t usually write reviews, but I was confused to see the low rating and wanted to hopefully inform other parents on my experience, and recommend Dr. Zapson. Both of my toddlers have seen Dr. Zapson since birth and we love her. She’s patient kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. She always makes us feel cared for and comfortable and well informed. She never brushes us off with any concern or question and always shows genuine care, concern and has a wonderful bedside manor. I’m extremely saddened that we moved too far away to continue being her patients, but should we ever move back to the area I would 100% bring my children back to her. Everything else about the office, (nurses/front desk) are average and I haven’t had a problem.
