I went to CareMount Medical to get care and (many) stiches for a deep glass cut at the base between my middle finger and ring finger. Through the entire experience the staff was professional and attentive. The Physicians Assistant who attended to me was knowledgeable, had a tremendous bedside manner and walked me through the process step by step. I had a similar experience with the intake receptionist, the nurse who cared for me, the x-ray technician and the check-out personnel. I was in the facility for two hours and was never left sitting in a room for any significant amount of time. Furthermore, every room I was in was clean. I should add that when I arrived it was not overly crowded but, regardless, my experience at CareMount Medical could not have been better so I thought I would pass it along.
I’ve been going to the obgyn office (oakwood campus) for prenatal care. The doctors, nurses, and office staff have all been really lovely. Dr Kim in particular is funny, caring, and takes time to explain everything. He is truly a gem and I wish every doctor everywhere was like him. The reason for the 4-star rating because of caremounts phone system/anything related to calling the office. Getting someone on the phone is an all-day long process. Trying to make an appointment, ask a medical person a question, get lab results, have a generic question answered, etc can literally sometimes take all day. You can wait on hold for 30 minutes and still be on hold. If you hang up and try again, you’ll be met with the same challenges. So it can genuinely take a full day to get a simple answer. However, when you do go to the office for an appointment, you are met with an incredibly friendly and warm staff and top-notch care. So for that reason I will continue to go!
