  I can not begin to thank Beth and her co-workers at Care Connections for assisting with the care plan for my 91year old Mom. Beth is always available to answer your questions, recommend helpful resources and create the care schedule that meets your family’s needs. I highly recommend this agency for their hands-on, personal touch. You won’t be disappointed!

  Care Connections has been providing home care aides for our parents for over 5 years. These aides have become part of our family and have consistently shown caring, compassion, and dedication. The administrative and scheduling staff communicate well with our family regarding any scheduling changes, and have been able to cover sick calls quickly in the rare event that is needed. We are very pleased and grateful to have Care Connections' administrative team, nurses, and aides partnering with us to keep our 95 year old Dad in his home, and for the care they provided our Mom throughout her illness and her final days at home. We highly recommend this agency!

  Care Connection has provided health care and home health aides for my 99-year-old mother for over 5 years. They have provided wonderful care - the home health aides that care for my mom are outstanding. They provide assistance with all the activities of daily living; dressing, bathing, food preparation, etc. The aides also provide regular monitoring of temperature and pulse/oxygen levels. They provide all this and more with patience, kindness and skill. They care not only about the physical aspects of care but also the emotional aspects and have established a great rapport with my mother. The nursing staff are also skilled and compassionate. The management and administrative staff are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, always staying right in top of any and all scheduling needs. I can't say enough good things about the quality of care my mother has received. She is flourishing under their care.

  Care Connection provided outstanding home care for my mother during the last months of her life. The office staff showed great concern for her well-being. The home aides treated my mother with great compassion, kindness and respect ensuring that my mother's last months went as smoothly as possible. When her last days were upon us, the ladies of Care Connection made my mother's transition easier for her and my family. I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through those last months without the services provided by Care Connection and I strongly recommend this company.

  Care Connection Homecare is best agency in NY. My mom is 90 years old with several medical issues. She is unable to do anything without assistance. The nursing staff is excellent, they are always in contact with me to check on her status and physically examine her when necessary. Their aides are incredible. The office responds 24/7 to resolve any issue quickly. If you care for a parent, you understand how important these issues are. I can't say enough good things about them. I would not use any other Agency, they are by far the best.
