  I ordered pizza at Caramella’s Italian bistro in eht with extra sauce, well done and when I opened the box I became anxious to taste it. The flavors and smells of homemade dough, mozzarella and sauce was irresistible. Hungrily I grabbed a slice and took a bite. My lips longing to explore the combo of acidity, sweetness and seasonings, as it danced across my tastebuds. I lost all self control as I ate more than I should’ve for dinner but I have no regrets. My mouth is watering now reminiscing about that night’s experience.

  Tried the meatball parmigiana after all my co-workers raved about it. The bread is perfectly toasted with delicious sauce with no shortage of cheese!!! The meatballs are the right size and taste yummy. The girls that always take our order are super friendly and go above and beyond. Definitely would recommend to friends!!

  Our dinner tonight was wonderful! We had great food and service. The garlic bread, salad and chicken parmigiana with gnocchi were amazing! This restaurant took the place of Gaspare’s. However, the food and staff are the exact same, it’s just under new ownership. It was as good as ever!

  Heard a lot of good things about this place, and after having a meal here, I agree with all the positive reviews. We went with friends (party of 6) and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We loved the basket of garlic bread with marinara sauce and the house salad was a delicious surprise. (I didn’t realize it came with the dinner)
  
  The menu has a great variety of dishes and a number of great specials as well. We all chose different meals and they were delicious and plentiful. The restaurant is BYOB. After dividing the bill, each couple was pleasantly surprised by the total.
  
  Even though the restaurant was full and there were people waiting to come in, we never felt rushed and the service was excellent. Our server, Jenna, was amazing and took great care of our group.
  
  The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

  It's small but we were ordering take out. We good the onion rings, fries, garlic knots, bruschetta and pizza as well as a side of caesar dressing which is the gourmet best stuff.
  
  Everything was real good. The garlic knots were a little dry and could've used some more olive oil/ chopped garlic/ parmesan cheese mix all over them. The dipping sauce was my least favorite item. The Brushchetta was really good but my favorite is 2 Brothers from Italy. If Catmella's added some balsamic vinaigrette drizzle, it would easily be on par if not best. And the pizza was fantastic. We'll def be back to sample the rest of the menu. My attached photos were after we ate a couple bits of some so not all shown are full.
