(June 6, 2023, 7:11 pm)**Update** 6/6/23: Picked up the car today from having the back bumper painted and the rim replaced. Looks great now! Special thanks to Frank for keeping in touch over the past few days and making things right.
**Update** 5/25/23: Frank from Careffex reached out today and they are replacing the wheel and painting the back bumper. I will update my review once everything is taken care of.

I have had work done with Careffex in the past... including the F1 Tail light and tints on my Subaru. This was done very well.
My latest experience I dropped my car off on 4/17/23 to have a new set of wheels and tires, tail lights installed. Picked the car up on 4/21/23 and paid to find that the tail lights were never installed. No big deal, I went back inside and asked if my wife and I went to lunch if they could get them installed. They said no problem. The car was done as promised when I returned, then I took the 10 minute drive home.
Upon inspecting the car in my driveway I found the following: A rim with a chip in it and deep scratches to my paint just below the tail light.
I immediately called Careffex and explained the situation and was given an email to send pictures to. The next day I was given an appointment to bring the car back to fix the scratches and the wheel.
Below you will see the "After" photos with the scratches still evident and the poor attempt to fix the wheel. These wheels were brand new still in the box except for the initial inspection I did to ensure there was no damage in shipping.
I reached out to Greg @ Careffex on 5/10/23 via the original email letting him know my displeasure in this attempt to repair the scratches and the chip in the wheel. I have gotten no response back as of this review 5/21/23.
You should be able to drop your car off for wheels and not get a chip from installation. If so, the damage should be repaired correctly or offered replacement. -

(May 4, 2022, 12:48 pm)First want to say awesome job on the car. Tint and wheels look amazing. When I picked up my car the back brake light was on back seat not put back. I had to google to see how to connect, lucky its was nothing major.
