INCREDIBLE service. 30 year old (but expensve to replace) built in microwave/convection oven groaned and quit; After getting Sharp to define the correct repair center (to avoid TV shop calls in vain), They let me drag it in same day (45 minutes each way for me), and they diagnosed, repaired, quality tested it, and I was able to pick it back up less than 4 hours after I first dropped it ooffcalled them. AND the price was quite reasonable, considering both the replacement costs and the well known durability of these ovens. It was worth the country drive into Warminster, and they deserve a giant THANK YOU!
