  Tim was my public adjuster who was recommend by a friend. Constant communication and efficient work is what comes to mind. As I was going through a very tough road in my life , Tim was empathetic while making the process easy as can be. He advised me on many items that I was not aware. He was always available for a conversation whether it was via text or phone call. He is not pushy and will not put you in a position to make decisions without being informed. I will continue to recommend him and his team for anyone that would like to learn about the process and need an expert to guide you through it.

  I had severe water damage from a roof blown off. Capital Adjustment was out in record time and had gotten a crew out to start drying out my carpet and walls before mold could set in. They contacted the insurance company and had them out to get the process started. Frank was easily accessible when I had questions. They made the whole process easy. I since have recommended them to my son’s friend.

  Went with capitol adjustment after having major storm damage to my house. Tim is knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions related to the insurance process.   My husband and I bought our first home in June of 2019. About a month later we had a major sewer line issue which would have cost us thousands of dollars in repair. Steve from Capitol was a referral through family and I am so glad we contacted him when we did. His time spent dealing with our insurance company alone shows the dedication he has to the business and making sure his clients are satisfied. It took him almost a year of battling with our insurance company back and forth but he was able to have our loss and the damage to our home covered. Without hesitation, I would recommend Capitol, as they know the industry and took a lot of stress off of us as new homeowners who had no idea where to begin.
