  the new owners Gary and Tracy are great people. they have years of knowledge of the Great Bay and little egg inlet area. they have a good supply of bait for every type of fishing from flats of butterfish for tuna to blood worms for spring stripers and perch. the location is great, only a mile to the inlet and the best early season fluke fishing is a stones throw from the slips. i believe they have plans to supply fuel too.

  This place is awesome. Upon taking a trip to a friends house we decided to stop at the beach to throw our lines in. Not really being prepared for the trip we basically needed everything from tackle down to the bait. I did a quick Google search and the first place that popped up was the Cape Horne Marina. Unaware that they sold anything more then boat spaces I took a trip to the shop and boy oh boy was I surprised. They had tons of fresh bait, and enough tackle to more then help us get the job done. But the true gold that we found at this place is the exceptional knowledge of the staff/new owners. Unbeknownst to us the owner also runs an awsome charter service - the Irish Jig. So when I tell you these folks know there stuff about fishing, they really know about fishing. Additionally the staff is just super super friendly. For a brief moment it actually appeared that Gary (the owner/operator) was going to personally take us to the spots and show us how it was done himself. Of course now that I got the taste the season is over, so best believe the moment the 2022 fishing season starts I will be one of the first customers at their door.

  Under new management this marina is at a great location for all your bait , tackle and charter fishing adventures.
  The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
  They have boat slips for easy access to the Great Bay and ocean.

  Tracy and Gary are great! This marina has received multiple upgrades lately! Irish Jig is a perfect boat to fish the wrecks! Great location too! Highly recommended!
