  Ordered a hitch from them for my new Mazda cx30. Made an appointment and they put it on in under an hour. Looks great. Good price. Quality work. Definitely recommend them.

  I had a trailer hitch installed on my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek. Prior to the install a picture was sent to me to show me what it would look like after the install because I wanted to be sure it was hidden behind the bumper (other than the receiver). The final charge matched the quoted price and the work was completed in less than the amount of time estimated. When picking up my vehicle I was accompanied by an employee who went over the install with me.
  
  Previous reviews said how unfriendly the staff is. I did not experience that.

  Cap & Hitch NE was the best! Amazing service, fast, and reliable!! Their prices were the best in the area and they spent extra time explaining everything to me, down to how to lock my bike into the Thule! Their Thule prices are better than online too! I cannot recommend them more. Thank you Cap&Hitch of NE!!
